Information you send us

When you request a call, we collect your name, organisation, email address, selected service and message. We use this information to assess your enquiry, arrange a conversation and respond to you. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list.

How your enquiry is delivered

FormSubmit processes the form and emails it to our enquiry inbox. Its documentation states that submission records are retained for 30 days. Our email provider also processes the delivered message. Read FormSubmit’s privacy terms.

What to include

Please share only the information needed to describe your challenge. Do not include confidential client records, sensitive personal information or attachments. Arrangements for project data are agreed separately as part of an engagement.

Access, correction and deletion

Use the enquiry form to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have submitted. We retain enquiry correspondence while needed to respond and manage the relationship, or where required by law.

Technical requests

The website and fonts load through our hosting provider, which may process technical request information under its own policies. The form provider may use security checks to prevent spam. We do not use advertising trackers.

Website analytics and your choice

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, referral sources, pages viewed and completed enquiries. Google processes information about your browser, device, approximate location and use of the site. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. We do not send your name, email address, organisation or enquiry message to Google Analytics, and we do not enable advertising personalisation.

Analytics only starts after you select “Allow analytics”. You can decline and still use every part of the site, including the enquiry form. Change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. We remember your choice on this browser for six months. If you withdraw permission, we stop analytics on that browser and remove its Google Analytics cookies; this does not erase data already collected.

Consulting services

The resource hub and CRM analysis described on this site are scoped consulting services. This website does not connect to your CRM or store client project data. Fees are agreed before paid work begins.
